City Clerk / FinanceThe Finance Department employs five employees, City Clerk, Deputy City Clerk, Utility Billing Clerk, Payroll Clerk/Treasurer, and Office Clerk. The Finance Department maintains a correct accounting of the financial affairs of the City of Goodland. Processing for all utility bills is completed in this office. Utility services provided by the City of Goodland include Electric, Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste. The department is also responsible for maintaining records of the City, which include the following: Financial Information, Minutes of Commission Meetings, Ordinances, Resolutions, Cemetery Records, Employee and Payroll Records, Utility Billing Records, and documents of the City not belonging to any other office.
