You will need to come in and complete a new application, pay deposits and connection fees.  However, if you are requesting the hook up of your new address and disconnect of your old address on the SAME DATE, you may transfer the existing deposits to your new address upon executing a transfer agreement with the City.  The connection fees will still be due.
